"Mrs. Tamara Chiper’s
intellectual competence, sophisticated knowledge, and teaching talent won the
unanimous appreciation of her colleagues, as well as the esteem of the students
she has taught in Canada and elsewhere.
I had the opportunity to
visit Mrs. Chiper classes on several occasions and I was always extremely
impressed by the diversity of subjects and the creative approaches she used in
her teaching. But, most of all, I admired her charismatic presence in the
classroom.
The pedagogical methods she selects for her classes are brilliantly
documented and show the experience, the fine concentration, and the superior
competence that is required in this field.
Mrs. Tamara Chiper is a
talented teacher who takes her teaching assignments very seriously at every
level. She is experienced in
classroom teaching and in individualized instruction, she advises students, and
collaborates with her colleagues on teaching plans and projects.
Her student and peer evaluations are all outstanding.
She is extremely conscientious; she thoroughly prepares for her classes,
and the materials she uses (books, audiovisuals –CDs, DVDs, PowerPoint
presentations, lab manuals, etc.) are chosen carefully, according to the needs
of every group or individual student separately.
Mrs. Chiper is a highly
qualified teacher of French as a foreign or secondary language. In her long
years of practice, she has acquired a number of special skills required of an
outstanding teacher and adviser: she is open, very receptive to different ideas
and communicates with ease. These
exceptional qualities are rare and worth serious consideration.
Knowing her enthusiasm and motivation, I have no doubt that Mrs. Tamara
Chiper continues to perform at the highest level of her capacity in teaching at
all levels (introductory, intermediate, advanced).
